Who is this program for?
Have you ever felt that something was "wrong" with you, or that everyone else seems to have it together and you don't? Do you feel stressed, frustrated, burned out or confused about what you should be doing in life? If so, this is for you. I have helped men and women, stay at home moms, doctors, teachers, nurses and even teenagers.
What's the time commitment
There are 12 lessons. Each lesson is divided into self-paced modules of videos, worksheets and interactive activities. I recommend 10 to 15 minutes a day, or you can go through an entire lesson at once in about an hour. Grab a dedicated notebook and get ready to do some personal work! Coaching sessions with me are 50 minutes, usually weekly.
Do you offer group coaching?
Yes, I offer a group coaching class. This is the same material as one-on-one Mind Firm Method Course with Nervous System Resilience Training, but in a group setting for the coaching. It's amazing what you can learn from others being coached.
Limited spots are available because I want everyone to have a chance to be coached throughout the course. Next course starts Feb 2025.
Do you offer individual coaching?
YES! The Mind Firm Method with Nervous System Resilience Training is best with one-on-one coaching. I will meet with you weekly for 50 minutes via a private Zoom call and together we will apply the principles learned in the lesson, answer any questions you have and then help you apply the information to your individual situation. Together we'll create the life that you want.
If you join the course and after 7 days find that it is not what you are looking for, I will refund your money.
